Fellowships and Prizes
The department offers a limited number of Visiting Committee Travel Fellowships to fund travel related to research on the B.A. paper during the summer between a student's third and fourth years. Applications must be submitted to the Undergraduate Program Chair by Friday of the first week of Spring Quarter. The department also awards a Feitler Prize for Outstanding Undergraduate Work to the best B.A. paper written in the department each year. The prize is awarded by the middle of Spring Quarter.
