This exhibition is the first monographic survey of the videos, drawings, sculpture, performance, and poetry that comprise Gregg Bordowitz’s decades-long interdisciplinary practice.
In addition to the exhibition preview on April 4th, the artist will also present the Chicago premiere of his three-night lecture-performance, Some Aspects of Masculinity (2018) on April 5, 6, and 7 at 6:30 pm at the museum. The performances are free and open to the public but require advanced registration:

2) Rabbi Saturday, April 6
Erudite gourmand dark eyes peering through thick-lens eyeglasses pale skin bearded wearing satin and fur in somber colors championing the invective
3) Comedian Sunday, April 7
Quick angry socially relevant humor accompanied by a gross overestimation of responsibility rendered powerless by morbid self-loathing
