The Pulitzer Arts Foundation announced this week the appointment of our doctoral candidate Jenny Harris as its new Associate Curator. In that role, Jenny will develop special exhibitions, work with artists to commission new public art and performances, and advance a holistic vision for museum programs. Founded in 2001 by Emily Rauh Pulitzer and housed in a landmark building designed by Japanese architect Tadao Ando, "the Pulitzer" has earned a reputation not only as a cultural anchor in the Midwest but also as an incubator for internationally acclaimed exhibitions.

Jenny reports she is "thrilled to be joining the Pulitzer as it celebrates its first 25 years. With its landmark building and legacy of generating path breaking exhibitions, the Pulitzer is an extraordinary place to think about the future of museums. I look forward to getting to know the St. Louis arts community and to working with artists and Pulitzer staff to bring fresh ideas into the museum as it looks toward the future." Congratulations Jenny!
