Meekyung MacMurdie

Biography

Meekyung studies pre-modern Islamic art, to which she also brings an interest in late medieval and early modern European scientific images. For this research, Meekyung received a 2015-2016 CLIR Mellon Dissertation Fellowship in the Humanities in Original Sources. Meekyung holds a BA degree in Religious Studies with a minor in Art History from Montana State University-Bozeman and an MA in Art History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
