PhD candidate Savannah Esquivel wins Dean’s Award for Graduate Student Teaching Excellence

Art History PhD candidate Savannah Esquivel was selected as one of two recipients for the 2019 Dean’s Award for Graduate Student Teaching Excellence. This award acknowledges Esquivel’s truly outstanding performance as a graduate student teacher and the impact she has made on undergraduate and masters students she has taught. The selection committee was impressed by the accolades from Esquivel’s students, who commented on her attentiveness and her respectful and warm recognition of each student as an individual.
