Art and Attention: An Interdisciplinary Conference
We are pleased to announce that Art and Attention: An Interdisciplinary Conference will take place in person on April 8-9, 2022 at the University of Chicago.
The two-day conference brings together scholars across the humanistic disciplines to investigate the significance of attention in art and visual culture from historical and theoretical perspectives. The talks on Friday will be held in the Cochrane-Woods Art Center, Room 157 and the talks on Saturday at the Social Sciences Research Building, Room 122. Lunch will be provided on both days.
