Biography
Yisi Liu is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Art History at the University of Chicago. He has a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Art History from Tsinghua University, and a Master's degree in Theological Studies from Harvard Divinity School. Currently, his research focus is on Buddhist cave temples in medieval China. He has published papers on the Zizhong Xiyan cliff shrines in Sichuan Province.
